Directors

General
Discovery employs directors for Arts & Crafts, Aquatics, Operations, and Program. Most years these positions are filled by returning staff members. However, we are always looking for outstanding individuals with experience in camping.

Job Description
The main responsibility is the creation/revision of the camp program for your area. Other responsibilities include supervising staff members, developing and leading special events, communicating with parents, and other administrative functions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have a college degree, solid camp background including experience as a Unit Head, or equivalent experience.
