Aquatics' Instructor

Job Description
You will be responsible for the safety and well-being of children at our pool. Mornings are devoted to instruction and afternoons are free swim time. Swim staff has a variety of responsibilities including,teaching swiming, life guarding, drying bathing suits, and picking up towels, checking the locker rooms for cleanliness, and playing with the campers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have a current American Red Cross Life Guard certificate and an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certificate. Candidates that don’t have either or both certifications must obtain them prior to staff orientation. Prior experience teaching swimming and/or being on a swim team is a plus.
